Terms & Conditions
The terms for using The Applier.

1. Operator and agreement
These terms govern The Applier website and Chrome extension, operated by Centicore Technologies. By creating an account or purchasing credits, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Cancellation & Refund Policy. Use the service only if you can enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
2. Your account and information
Provide accurate information, use only data you have permission to use, and keep your account and extension key private. You are responsible for checking all generated text and form entries. Do not invent experience, impersonate another person, upload malicious content, or use the service for unlawful applications or spam. Reviewer accounts are shared demonstration accounts and must contain fictional data only.
3. Application assistance and your control
The service helps discover jobs, tailor resumes and fill forms. Starting an application is separate from submitting it. Choose-jobs-first is the default; automatic starts can be enabled in preferences. Final submission requires your review and action. Employer websites, login requirements and technical limitations can interrupt assistance. Respect the applicable terms of employer websites and other third-party services.
4. Credits, payment and limits
Recharges are one-time purchases, not recurring subscriptions. The INR package is ₹100 for 20 applications, at ₹5 per application. USD pricing is $1 for 20 applications when enabled. The exact currency, total and application count are shown before checkout. Credits are account-bound service entitlements, not money or a transferable wallet balance. Current search, resume, navigation and challenge limits are listed on our Pricing page and before checkout.
5. When a credit is used
One credit is reserved when an application starts and consumed when it reaches final review, whether or not you subsequently submit it. Automation failure returns the application credit. Unused reservations return after 7 days. Resuming the same application does not take another credit; retries share its original limits. A returned application credit is not a cash refund.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You may stop using the service or pause a run at any time. Unused purchased credits are not refundable for change of mind, inactivity, or account closure. Duplicate charges, undelivered credits, service or billing errors and legally required remedies are handled under the Cancellation & Refund Policy. Nothing here excludes rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
7. Availability and outcomes
We do not promise uninterrupted operation, support for every employer site, a particular ATS score, an interview, or a job offer. AI output may be inaccurate and must be reviewed. Employer decisions and third-party availability are outside our control. We may restrict abuse or accounts with unresolved payment disputes.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and publish a revised effective date. New purchase prices are disclosed before checkout. For questions, complaints or requests concerning your account or these terms, contact Centicore Technologies using the Contact page. Mandatory consumer and privacy rights continue to apply.
