What is delivered
The Applier provides digital application-assistance credits and access to software features. We do not ship physical products. No courier, shipping address, shipping fee or physical return is involved.
When credits are delivered
Credits are added to the signed-in account after Razorpay confirms payment capture and our service verifies it. Delivery is electronic and normally occurs during the checkout confirmation flow. Authorization alone does not add credits. A delayed callback can be reconciled using Check payment in Account & credits.
If access is delayed
If payment was captured but your credits are not visible, check payment history before trying another payment. Contact us with the order reference if the issue persists. Undelivered paid credits are covered by the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Requirements for using credits
A verified account, supported Chrome browser, installed extension and an active internet connection are required for application automation. Keep Chrome open during a run. Some sites require your login, verification code, answers or direct interaction. Resume files are downloaded digitally; completed forms wait for your review and final submission on the employer’s site.
