CENTICORE TECHNOLOGIES
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Clear rules for credits, failed applications and billing errors.
Effective 24 September 2026
Unused credits are non-refundable
Purchased credits are not refundable merely because they remain unused, you change your mind, stop searching for jobs, or close your account. Please review the pricing, feature limits and browser requirements before recharging. There is no recurring subscription to cancel.
Stopping an application
You can pause a run or stop using the service. A credit is reserved at start and consumed at final review. If automation fails, that application credit is returned to your account. Unused reservations return after 7 days. Credit returns do not transfer money back to your bank or payment method.
Billing errors and undelivered credits
Contact us promptly if you were charged twice for the same purchase, payment was captured but credits were not delivered, or a service/billing error affected the paid entitlement. We will investigate and correct the entitlement or refund an eligible charge, as appropriate. The non-refundable-unused-credit rule does not limit legally required refunds or remedies.
How to request a review
Contact Centicore Technologies at +91 7022655200. Provide your account email, order/payment reference, transaction date, amount and a short explanation. Do not share a password, OTP, full card number or CVV. We aim to review requests within 3 business days after receiving the necessary details.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 5 business days of approval. Bank or payment-provider processing can take additional time; we will provide the available refund reference. Credits associated with a refunded charge are reversed. If already spent, assistance may be paused while the adjustment is resolved.
Payment pending or failed
Credits appear only after payment capture is verified. If checkout closes or the balance is delayed, use Check payment under Account & credits before paying again. A debit for an unsuccessful payment may be reversed by the bank or payment provider; contact us if the payment remains unresolved.
