How information is used to provide the service.

Who is responsible
Centicore Technologies operates The Applier. Contact us through the Contact page for privacy questions, access, correction or deletion requests.
Information you provide
We process your sign-in identity, profile and contact details, resume content, target roles and locations, answers, saved jobs, application progress and support requests. Firebase Authentication handles Google or email/password sign-in. The Applier does not store your raw account password in its workspace database.
Private workspace and browser storage
Your profile, base resume facts, answers and activity are associated with your account in our Cloudflare-backed workspace. Browser storage keeps local state, authentication sessions and caches. Resume reuse is limited to up to four cached DOCX variants; the base facts are retained so job-specific versions can be rebuilt. Generated files you download remain on your device until you remove them.
AI and automation
Relevant job descriptions, page structure, resume evidence, form context and answers may be sent to the service and its AI providers to perform requested assistance. Providers include JEV/TypeSafe and Cloudflare Workers AI where configured. Challenge-solving context may be sent to CapSolver when that feature is enabled. Do not include unrelated sensitive information in your resume or answers. Employer pages receive the information entered into their forms, potentially before final submission.
Optional Gmail connection
Google sign-in does not grant Gmail access. Gmail connection is a separate permission in the extension and is used for requested verification-message lookups. Without that connection you provide verification codes manually. Disconnect cached access in the extension and revoke access through your Google account when you no longer want it. We do not use Gmail messages for advertising.
Payments and service providers
Razorpay processes checkout and payment details. We store order and payment references, amount, currency, credit transactions and refund/dispute state; we do not store full card numbers or CVV. Firebase/Google and Cloudflare provide authentication, hosting and storage. Providers may process information in countries other than your own under their applicable terms.
Shared learning and security
The company directory and reusable site-navigation patterns are shared to reduce repeated work. They are intended to contain generic public source and navigation information, not customer resumes, private answers, passwords or verification codes. Account access is authenticated and workspace records are scoped to an account. No system can promise absolute security.
Retention and your choices
Workspace information is retained while needed to provide the service, unless you request deletion or it is removed by applicable cache limits. Payment and security records may be retained to resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Export your profile or request correction or account deletion through support. Clearing local workspace data only removes that browser’s copy; it is not a cloud-account deletion request.
Cookies and local storage
The service uses browser storage for sign-in, private workspace state, checkout recovery and caching. Blocking or clearing it may sign you out or remove local progress. We do not sell personal information. Policy changes will be published here with an updated date.
